Many individuals confuse the insomnia with sleeping sleekness. Insomnia is not a disease but just symptoms of lack of sleep. 1. Drinking a glass of milk before sleeping- milk usually contain tryptophan. Tryptophan is a natural sedative that help to induce one to sleep. By drinking milk before sleeping, one is able to fight the problem of insomnia.
2. Exercising regularly- having exercise more regularly help to relief the problem of insomnia. Exercise improves the blood circulation and removing toxins that could harbor sleep.
3. Having a diet control- in order to allow proper night sleep, one should take a heavy lunch and light dinner. The gap between dinner and sleeping should be three hours to avoid discomfort of filled stomach.
4. Avoiding worries, phobia or stress before sleeping can help solve the insomnia problem.
5. Creating a habit of waking up early and sleeping at the decided time.
6. Having meditation- the quality of sleep heavily depends with the relaxation of the mind and the body. Meditating helps one to have the needed relaxation to have sound sleep.
7. Taking a warm bath with aromatherapies- the aromatherapies helps in relaxing the mind and muscles that induce sleep.
